Quebec's Ballet Tompkins Nutcracker returns this year! In this whimsical version created by our founder in the 1980s and adapted by our artistic director Timothy Tompkins, the Nutcracker, after being transformed into a prince, takes Clara to another planet instead of the Candy Kingdom of the original version.

Immerse yourself in this enchanting universe set to Tchaikovsky's music, featuring many of the ballet's classic scenes, such as the snowflake dance, as well as reinvented scenes!
